Male Fined for Breaching a Community Protection Notice

An individual has been found Guilty and Fined at Croydon Magistrates Court for breaching the condition of a Community Protection Notice (CPN).

A Community Protection Notice is issued under the Ant-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014. Its purpose is to address behaviour that is deemed unreasonable / Anti-Social and detrimental to the local communities quality of life. An investigation by South Bermondsey's PC Carina Tunks, found that on this occasion the male had breached a condition of a CPN, by having entered an area of Southwark which he is prohibited from entering.
